We worked with the client to design, implement, test and support wide-ranging solutions. These included integrating multiple target systems for automated identity lifecycle, data feed streamlining, designing and implementing a highly available disaster recovery solution, multiple SaaS-based application integrations, creating a tier support model for security-related tickets, and streamlining the IAM tool monitoring process. In addition, we created a future roadmap for multiple-year security projects.
As a result, the client’s Identity Management platform became highly scalable, more efficient, easier to manage and was better able to integrate into existing systems. Onboarding time for SaaS applications was reduced, boosting overall productivity. Business critical applications received better SLAs, even in case of disaster. Help Desk processes were significantly improved, boosting employee experience and reducing faulty tickets and overall ticket response times. And, the 24/7 operational monitoring process of the IAM platform was greatly improved to proactively troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
