Challenge
Our client, a customer-facing retail hardware supplier, planned to implement a pilot purchasing and order management portal to support a key regional business division. The program’s purpose was to revolutionize the way they sourced raw materials and hardware by building automated and manual supply ordering systems that integrated with partner systems or provided partner access to that system.

They needed an Identity Management partner that could secure user experiences and build out the Identity Architecture across the enterprise.

Using our recommendations, our client was able to assemble an Identity Framework for managing partner identities. This enabled federated user access based on that framework across very different organizations, including many first-time users without a formal Identity Federation process. By using our solution, those partners were able to digitize and automate a process thus closing security gaps, avoiding lost productivity and wasting time resolving supply chain issues.
