Pre-Discovery

Our discovery takes longer than our competition would, but is far more comprehensive and leaves little room for error. We place a lot of emphasis on this phase, because it is the foundation of your implementation.

Pre-Implementation

If Discovery has already commenced or has completed, we can validate the results and findings with an independent assessment. This assessment comes with no strings attached, and can be used to bolster existing findings, or to hedge against glaring gaps.

During an In-Flight Project
